The aptly named Suffolk SPCA chief Roy Gross was called in to a Rocky Point man's home today for something Gross indeed, a Hairy fat spider that is capable of jumping three feet and delivering a bite of toxic venom equal to a scorpion's. The man said he had been keeping it as a pet, but was now suffering from a classic case of Ornate golden baboon spider arachnophobia.Is it just me, or does that guy sounds really dumb?
